Amy Kraus

chicago lawyer amy kraus

Amy has been a staff attorney at the Vaccine Injury Law Project focused solely on vaccine injury cases since 2008. She was thrilled to join the VILP as the fulfillment of a decades-long dream to be able to do meaningful work alongside her husband, Ed. Amy is involved in all aspects of vaccine injury litigation, but appreciates most the opportunity to work closely with clients to provide each with a truly individualized approach to their case.

Prior to joining the VILP, Amy was a Fellow at the ACLU National Prison Project, the Assistant Litigation Director at Chicago Legal Aid to Incarcerated Mothers (CLAIM), and an Assistant Illinois State Appellate Defender. She was also lucky to be able to spend 10 years at home raising two sons and a wonderful assortment of beloved family pets.
