Protecting the Rights of the Injured and Their Families

The VICP provides compensation to eligible individuals whose injuries from covered vaccines satisfy the criteria on the Vaccine Injury Table.Alternatively, you may be able to secure compensation through the VICP if you suffered a vaccine injury from a covered vaccine and the vaccine can be established as the “cause-in-fact” of your illness. Proving that a vaccine caused your injury can be a highly complex matter, so it is imperative that you hire an attorney with Vaccine Court expertise to navigate the process on your behalf.

There is no cost to you to file a claim for vaccine injury compensation. Our firm will advance all of the costs of litigation and our fees and costs will be paid at the conclusion of the case by the government. This means that any recovery will go 100% to you.

Although our firm is based in Chicago, Illinois, and the claims we handle are filed in Washington, D.C. in the Federal Court of Claims, we serve clients across the nation. No matter where you reside in the United States, we can help you fight for the compensation you deserve.

To learn more about your eligibility for filing a VICP claim, please contact the Vaccine Injury Law Project at 312-858-2177.
