Protecting the Rights of the Injured and Their Families

The VICP provides compensation to eligible individuals who have suffered from vaccines listed on the Vaccine Injury Table. If your injury is not listed on the table, but was caused by a covered vaccine, your attorney will have to prove its link to the vaccine. This is a complex matter, so it is imperative that you hire an attorney to navigate the process on your behalf.

As a person injured by a vaccine, or their legal representative, you may file a VICP claim free of charge. We are compensated by the VICP, so all aspects of the legal process are of no cost to you. To learn more about your eligibility for filing a VICP claim, please contact the Vaccine Injury Law Project. Our vaccine injury attorneys file claims for people throughout the nation.
